These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our Mail Concierge and Home Concierge services. By subscribing, you agree to the following:
1. Service Overview
Mail Concierge includes:
Mail pickup from your designated address
Notifications and forwarding options (if selected)
Secure handling and optional mail storage
Home Concierge includes:
Scheduled property check-ins
Visual inspections of the home exterior and interior
Tasks such as watering plants, flushing toilets, trash handling, and thermostat checks
Reports and alerts for any issues noticed on-site.
Business
HOMEBEES MAIL CONCIERGE is a registered DBA in Clark County, NV under the Nevada company
SCYWISE LLC, which is licensed in the following jurisdictions:
City of Henderson, Clark County, and City of Las Vegas, NV. All invoices are branded as
HomeBees™ and are issued by
SCYWISE LLC, Henderson, NV.
2. Subscription Plans & Billing
Monthly and Annual Subscription Plans are available.
Monthly plans are billed 15 days before the upcoming service month.
Annual plans are billed annually, 30 days in advance.
A
one-time setup fee is charged at the beginning of your subscription.
The setup fee or onboarding fee is non-refundable for all service plans.
Payments must be made on time to continue receiving services.
Missed payments may result in automatic service suspension.
Service Area Limitation
Mail Concierge services are available only within
designated ZIP code areas. If a client subscribes to our services outside of the supported service area, we reserve the right to decline the subscription and cancel the service. In such cases, a refund will be issued, minus a 5% processing fee to cover administrative and payment gateway charges.
3. Cancellation & Pausing
By the Client:You can cancel your service at any time with written notice.
* For
month-to-month (no subscription) plans: You can cancel with
15 days’ notice before your next billing cycle.
* For
monthly subscription plans: Just let us know at least
30 days in advance, and your service and billing will stop after that.
* For
annual prepaid plans: You can cancel with
30 days' notice, but we
can’t refund unused time. However, you may be able to
transfer the remaining service to your other property.
By the Service Provider (HomeBees Mail Concierge / SCYWISE LLC):HomeBees Mail Concierge reserves the right to
deny or cancel service at any time, including after payment has been made,
with immediate effect, for reasons including but not limited to:
* Suspicious, unsafe, or inappropriate client behavior
* Uncooperative or hostile communication
* Situations deemed unsafe or unmanageable by our staff or partners
* Legal, regulatory, or liability concerns
* Any other reason SCYWISE LLC determines to be valid for protecting its staff, reputation, or operations
In such cases, if the service is
denied at the start of the subscription or
canceled mid-subscription, the client will receive a
prorated credit or refund for the unused portion of the paid service—
excluding the one-time setup/onboarding fee, which is strictly
non-refundable.
4. Client Responsibilities
Access & Security
Ensure access to the mailbox and/or home during scheduled visits.
Notify us of any changes in contact information, access codes, or home conditions.
Make sure your property is reasonably safe for our personnel to enter.
Clients must provide safe and legal access to the property. We are not liable for incidents arising from unreported property conditions or unauthorized third-party access.
5. Limitations of Service - Mail Handling Disclaimer
We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed mail caused by third parties (e.g., USPS).
Homebees Mail Concierge is
not a substitute for licensed home maintenance, alarm monitoring, or emergency response.
Severe weather, natural disasters, or safety concerns may delay service visits.
6. Emergency and On-Call Support
Emergency support is included in select premium plans.
Urgent issues discovered during a visit will be communicated immediately.
On-call services for unscheduled needs are available and subject to availability and separate fees.
7. Privacy and Confidentiality
All client information, keys, and access codes are handled with the highest level of confidentiality and security.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes in advance.
