Yes, you can pause or cancel your service depending on your plan:
Month-to-Month Plan:
Cancel anytime with 15 days’ written notice. There’s no need to pause—once canceled, both service and invoicing will stop.
Monthly Subscription Plan:
You can cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice before your next billing cycle. Service and billing will end after the notice period.
Annual Plan:
You may pause or cancel with 30 days’ written notice. Unused service time is non-refundable; however, it can be transferred to another property you own if you are subscribed to Mail Premium and Mail Signature plan.
All onboarding fees are non-refundable in any plan.
